Lynette
Sonne is the principal owner of Lynette Sonne Consulting. She began the
firm in 2003 after extensive experience with well-known developers and
project management outsourcing companies. Sonne specializes in retail
and commercial projects that require specific attention to detail.
Sonne's experience encompasses eighteen years of managing construction
projects; including major corporate campus build-outs, tenant
improvements for local and international clients, field office
renovations, and project management for contractors and developers, as
well as consulting on major tenant improvements for a variety of
clients. Based on estimating and procurement experience, her ability to
effectively contribute to value engineering efforts and monitor budgets
have been key to Sonne's success in the industry. She has a proven
record of managing multiple projects with emphasis on schedule, budget,
and quality. Long time construction experience allows for her
understanding of materials and methods.
Lynette Sonne has the experience that fulfills an essential role on a
variety of projects, including tenant build-outs, retail space,
multiple building campus, and a corporate headquarters build-to-suit.
When she takes on a project, she is active in lease review, design
standards, subcontract pricing and value engineering, change order
mitigation, and overall schedule coordination. She is the primary
contact for all construction project communication, and reviews work
for conformance and quality.

conceptual design, finishes, and operational efficiency for both
commercial and retail space. When combined with her enduring ability to
interface with all project team members; including agency and city
